Factory4 is now an official HYROX Certified Performance Centre, offering a dedicated indoor and outdoor HYROX and Cross-Training area designed for high-performance functional fitness.

Our new space is fully equipped with official HYROX machines and equipmentallowing athletes of all levels to train under real race conditions. Whether your goal is to compete, improve endurance, or push your functional strength to the next level, HYROX training at Factory4 delivers a structured, results-driven experience.

A Dedicated Indoor and Outdoor HYROX Training Area

Our HYROX training area has been purpose-built to replicate the exact physical demands of HYROX competitions, offering both indoor and outdoor training environments for complete race preparation.

The area is fully equipped with official HYROX machines and equipment official HYROX and race-specific machines, including:

Push sleds and sprint tracks (indoor & outdoor)
SkiErgs, RowErgs, StrengthErgs and Skillmills
Sprint treadmill
Squat racks and free weight zones
Wall balls, slam balls, core bags and conditioning equipment
Farmer’s carry lanes, lunges and functional race stations

Factory4 offers weekly HYROX preparation classes, coached by our certified and qualified HYROX instructors. These sessions are structured to:
